Friends ofthe Kennedy Center 7th Annual NexGenFriends Theater

NexGenFriends are individuals 40 and under who volunteer at the Kennedy Center, serving as Festival/Event Friends or on a weekly basis as Friends of the Kennedy Center. NexGenFriends are dedicated to representing the Friends volunteer corps both to Kennedy Center staff and to the community at large by educating target audiences to services the Friends volunteers provide the Kennedy Center. NexGenFriends also bring a voice regarding Gen X, Millennial and Gen Z perspectives about volunteer support and the performing arts.

Homebrew Concert Series: TURKEY DAY ROCK FEST: THE AFTERMATH Celebrating the incredible musical talent brewing right here in the DMV!

Each ticket comes with a free drink ONLY if you arrive between 7-7:30, and you'll get a second free drink if you donate to the Canine Humane Network through Fundup! No two records will be the same and only one copy of each will be made. Your record will include a one-of-a-kind performance from the band, cut specifically for you.

Every February, thousands of undie runners in cities all across the U.S. come together, whether it be in-person or virtually, to support those affected by NF, a genetic disorder that causes tumors to grow on nerves throughout the body and affects 1 in every 3,000 births. Cupid’s Undie Run kicks off with drinking and dancing, then we jog it out with a mile(ish) run and end it all with an epic dance party!
