Born and raised in Baltimore, MD, Andrew has been around an eclectic variety of music since childhood. With his father being a jazz enthusiast and his mother having studied classical guitar, there was always music being played at home. Around 4th grade, Andrew began playing cello along with electric bass and guitar. A few years later, he started learning upright bass and studying jazz and classical music.

Andrew has played in various bands in the Baltimore area and also produces music. Aside from jazz and rock, he likes to make and listen to electronic music ranging from ambient and lo-fi to hip-hop and bass music. With an appreciation for all styles of music, Andrew likes to mix genres together which may not seem compatible, but end up creating something new.
