Brunswick

James grew up in various locations before settling in Annapolis in 2013. His first instrument was trumpet in middle school band, but one Christmas he found a keyboard under the tree. Since then he hasn't looked back; starting with Christmas songs and folk songs, he kept embellishing Until he was improvising completely on his own. 

Soon he was composing music, writing a concert band piece that was performed by his high school band. He has also composed a string quartet for a wedding, as well as Bach-inspired series of 24 preludes and a number of other pieces. His improvisational style brings a modern nuance to Brunswick's sound.
